SUSHI MASTER FOR A DAY

You are not just learning how to make sushi , you are learning how to become a sushi master. 

Follow around a sushi master who has experience in the sushi world for over 10 years in Japan and overseas. You will shadow his movement learning what it takes to run your own sushi shop. You will learn how to make soy sauce , how to cut fish properly ,make rice for the sushi , and you will bring it all together by making your own sushi to eat. 

Not only will you learn how to make sushi , but you will learn the mindset of a sushi master , the history of sushi , and the traditional techniques only known by masters of the sushi world. 

This experience is an immersive 3 hours learning the techniques of sushi , how to make your own sushi , and enjoying the sushi you make from your training.
